A friend of mine was thinking about going here for help with her bankruptcy, but she happened to run into someone who used to work there. That person told her to look somewhere else because this firm doesn’t really put their clients first. Apparently, there was a ransomware attack a while back that compromised their servers, and the area manager didn’t even tell the staff what was going on. Because of that, no one could give clients honest updates, and even after the fact, the company never let clients know their personal info had been exposed. Just seems shady overall. I’d definitely recommend going with a firm that’s more honest and actually looks out for you. Simply not worth it.

This was at their Northshore location. I spent 3 weeks getting together all of our debts, account numbers, phone numbers, etc... The 1st CW employee I spoke with was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. We discussed our debts and he gave me the exact amount we would be paying monthly. We spoke with two more paralegals and an attorney before our in-person appt. to sign papers, and watched the first of 2 online mandatory debt management consultations, which we had to pay $40 prior to watching it. We were there for quite a while and thinking we were good to go only to have the paralegal, that out appt was with, tell us that she had talked to an atty and was told that our monthly payment amt was actually 50 percent more than we were originally told. I’m young so to say I got to the point I had to file for bankruptcy it’s hard. I never felt judged or ashamed with Clark & Washington. We got the process done and efficiently and I appreciated everything they have done for me. Now I can start over with a fresh start and learn from my mistake of getting deep in debt. My experience was excellent from the start. From the receptionist, The paralegals in between, And the attorneys, They were all extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and understanding. I highly recommend the law firm of Clark and Washington.
