Although some of the individuals at this law firm were professional and helpful, it appeared that the attorneys, paralegals, and trustee were not aligned regarding the case. There was more confusion and miscommunication. I lost money without receiving assistance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services!

Worst law office ever...please don't waste your money or time with this group. Emi is a terrible paralegal, along with Jessica, as the attorney. Tried getting help for a family member, and they lied and were very unprofessional, led her on for 4 this then stated her cas was dismissed. We're living in a world today where you can't trust anybody. Please run from this law firm.

I’m not sure what location I was dealing with because everything was by phone and e-mail. But they strung me along for 9 months! I provided all documentation they requested for them to tell me after months and months that they could not handle my bankruptcy due to some property I have out of state. That’s fine but I told them this upfront and had the lawyer handling this property contact Clark&Washington to give them everything they requested. Why they played games with me for 9 months is beyond me and so unprofessional. I could’ve went somewhere else and been done with it. I’ll never recommend this law firm to nobody! What a waste of time!

Very unprofessional. Do not use them. They will cause bigger problems than you already started with. They NEVER sent my paperwork off the the debtors and it causes me a huge problem. My checking account got locked and they lied to the credit bureau and told them I never filled out the paperwork when I went up there in person and signed everything in person. If you know what’s good for you, don’t use this company. When I called them, the representative hung up on me and then turned around and placed me on hold when i called back.

I don’t recommend them to anyone. I am being garnished because they failed to communicate properly and when I reached out to my attorney he told me that I should have communicated better. I trusted them with my case because I didn’t understand the process for filing bankruptcy and now they aren’t willing to help or assist in any way.
