Beth is seriously a gift from the universe [and the rest of the firm, of course]. They handled my moms estate in 2016 and did an amazing job. I missed something in 2016 so the case is being reopened. I contracted this firm to resolve some credit report issues that the data furnisher had refused to correct. Initially David Lowe quoted a lot of experience on this type of issue and was enthusiastic about correcting the problem, but as the months went by, it was clear they had no clue, requiring engagement of a third party expert that failed to deliver anything tangible. After a year and $3000, this firm achieved nothing - waiting for each billing period before sending out some benign, meaningless letter to the bank involved.
