Clallam Public Defenders

Extremely disrespectful legal aide for Tobin Standley. I was interrupted with "okay lady" in an extremely condescending manner and then "I'm just trying to cut to the chase because I already know what you're going to say to me" when I nicely asked to not be interrupted. Like you doing all of that actually took longer than letting me finish my sentence in the first place. I was trying to have a calm, civil, and normal discussion and the legal aide just decided to be extremely unprofessional and rude to me out of nowhere. Not to mention that the legal aide originally mis-scheduled my time to talk to my public defender and had me scheduled at the same time as someone else (as stated by Tobin Standley to me). Not sure why, but apparently the legal aide for Tobin Standley has an issue with me

I've been in lots of trouble in the past. I've had lots of attorneys, both paid and public defender's. Done have been good, some bad.. Never in my life, my 32 years involved in the criminal court system have I ever had a more inept and Incompetent attorney as Charlie Commeree from this office. The absolute worst attorney on every aspect, including his personal appearance and clothing selection. The man is at least 50, and looks like his slightly tipsy grandmother picks out his clothes every morning. I'm not sure how the rest of the attorneys do here, but if their fearless leader is any indication of the quality of lawyer offered to the indigent and everyone else who can't pay $20,000 for a private attorney, then I highly suggest you do not get yourself in trouble in clallam county.

Little communication and incompetent. Waste of public funds. Would like to join in cleaning up the “criminal” injustice system! I afraid as I am concerned false malice in “. Gaming the system” by false misinformation. Needs accountability .. I fear none but a cover up. “Is there no help for the widows son? “

Harry Gasnick, and Tobin Standley were extremely kind. Thank you guys. Tobin's positivity when first meeting him really calmed me down.

I wouldn't even give a star! Alex Stalker is the worst! Asked to have him removed and I was told no by Harry Gasnick. Prejudice against me...did not have my case investigated. Not good with the mentally ill!!!!!
