I started with this firm to get help with filing for Social Security disability… Most importantly…you will not deal with Miss Henry at all. Even if you have direct questions for her, she will not return your call. You will be directed to Tina. Secondly, you deal with her assistant Tina, which is rude, and doesn’t ever have an answer and will always have to call you back. (that’s concerning in itself considering the role she’s in) then when you call back to follow up… (because Tina doesn’t return calls)you really get the attitude from the secretary. My personal feeling..I was not ever welcomed when I called or had to go into the office from the staff. they would just ask what can I help you with? I felt uncomfortable as a man working with this firm..the staff at this firm seems very delicat
