Cipparone & Zaccaro PC

I needed to get my affairs in order in light of the recent pandemic, so I looked for someone to set up a trust account for my heirs. I found an Estate Planner, Cipparone and Zacarro, and used their associate Mark Pancrazio out of Woodbury, CT. I went over the fees with Mr Pancrazio because they were vague from the start. After discussing I knew nothing about the costs of such matters, and since he did wills all the time, could he give me a more definite answer to costs. He assured me it would cost between $1500 and $2000. The bill was paid which was over $2000, the trust was written by Mr Pancrazio, the paperwork was picked up by me, and a few days later I received another bill for $432. Surely this must be a mistake, so I inquired. That’s when he informed me I had signed an fee agreement.
