Attorney Trimble and her staff were absolutely amazing. Because of her I was able to get custody of my kids! From the beginning I was scared and lost her consultation was honest and she gave me the real picture. I worked well with Meagan the paralegal. She kept me informed of the process and reassured me but most importantly I felt heard. The office staff is awesome too. From dropping by to drop docs off and get an update, they were always friendly. This experience wasn't stressful thanks to the staff. The office manager Rebecca made me understand the process and honestly listened to me and never rushed me. Well worth the price.

I am surprised that this firm has a 4.5-star rating, and in hindsight, I regret not choosing another law firm. The firm strongly emphasizes that the lead attorney is also a judge, which appears to be used as a selling point to establish credibility. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that level of professionalism. Communication and response times were consistently poor, and the pricing did not align with the services provided. I paid $200 for an initial consultation, which was reasonable. I was then required to pay an additional $1,800 retainer, with repeated emphasis that the retainer was nonrefundable.
