Brian returned my call the same day, which I appreciated. However, during the consultation he did not explain how he would approach my case or what he could do to help improve the outcome. When I said the retainer was not an issue and that I simply wanted more clarity, his tone became dismissive and condescending, even telling me I “sounded silly.” I understand attorneys can’t guarantee results, but professionalism and respectful communication are important, especially when someone is seeking legal guidance. Had the conversation been more patient and informative, I would have hired him, as his fee was the most affordable of the lawyers I contacted.
