Absolute crooks. You pay the money but it seems to never be satisfied. They continue to charge interest, even after an amount has been agreed upon and so they continue to send letters stating that you owe more money when you know for a fact that it’s already been resolved people are absolute crooks. Even have the court judgment showing it was paid in full and no longer owe any money. They need to do their jobs and update their system.

I gave this attorney my money last Friday, paid off my garnishment all the way , I was told that they would release my garnishment Friday , the older lady that answers the phone told me that it was not released because they have a 10 day hold on credit cards, I did not pay with a credit card, I paid with a debit card , i tried to call Monday on the 10th Tuesday on the 11th and Wednesday I finally got someone to answer, when she answered I explained my situation and I was told that she was going to look into the situation when I called at 9:04 I didn’t receive a call back so I called back again to get an answer as to why they were still garnishing my wages after I paid in full the amount and they made a mistake on there end because they thought I had a credit card but it wasn’t a credit car

This law firm is very rude and nasty. I called to get clarification on my grandmother's estate pertaining to a settlement that was done through their attorney's office. The lady made a statement over the phone, and I clarified what she was saying to me. If you're going to make a statement, and not expect somebody to answer back to you. I had to tell her that she was having a misunderstanding cuz nobody called her to argue. She sounded like she was older than me but I had to teach her how to properly talk to somebody. Very rude people.

Absolutely terrible. Especially Lisa! She got rude and yelled at me then hung up on me twice. I paid everything I was owed and now 5 years later they are saying I haven’t paid any of it. Absolutely insane!

Unlike many other reviewers, I had a good experience! I only spoke with Ms.Hicks when I called and she was nice each time. I was able to pay a deposit on my account and then was placed on an affordable payment plan.. I made one monthly payment but decided I'd be better off paying the balance in full rather than have interest accumulate & make my balance increase despite having paid on it.. I paid the balance in full (it wasn't cheap but worth it) & received my receipt & satisfaction of judgment letter in the mail a few days later!
