We had a somewhat interesting and complicated legal case regarding property lines. Mr. Luke Chaffin was recommended to my by the attorney that handled our estate documents (wills, etc) and I'm certainly glad he did. I was issued a citation for the move over law heading Nashville the day before my birthday. To be clear, I am in favor of this law as people have been killed by not steering clear of emergencies on the side of the road. In this particular case, there was no emergency. It was essentially a trap to catch people but that's no excuse for not obeying the law. Normally, I would have moved over but was excited to be going to Nashville for my birthday and was talking to my wife about what we were going to do.
