Tom Cerio and co are Syracuse staples. They live in the area, they work in the area, and they are improving the area (through buying/renovating properties). I can speak about Tom Cerio as a tenant and also as a legal client of his practice. While I havent gotten my way on every issue, at the end of the day, Ive always found him to be fair and reasonable. Plus, he (and his family) also are just pleasant people to deal with. I would happily encourage anyone to do business him/them (for legal matters, renting or otherwise).

Very unorganized. They strong my son law suit along for so many years. Over that time they kept switching out attorneys. Very unprofessional. Then after all those years nothing came out of the case. It was a very serious case, A Syracuse school teacher threatened my son life. …. I wouldn’t recommend these guys. They sucked. I tried to give them 0 stars ⭐️ but it wouldn’t allow me to.
