I had a terrible experience with this firm while trying to get help for my mom regarding an LLC matter. After waiting over a week with no follow-up, I finally spoke directly with Joseph Patchen. From the start, he was dismissive, rushed, and kept talking over me whenever I tried to ask questions or provide clarity It’s one thing for a firm to decide not to take on a case—that’s understandable. But the way Mr. Patchen handled the call was completely unprofessional. He offered no direction, shut down any attempt to ask about next steps, and made it clear he didn’t want to spend another second on the conversation.
