This is my first time experience actually having to pay for a lawyer out of pocket. I am currently feeling thing's out as we speak. I have seen the reviews regarding the disappointment many claim they have experienced. I can see their point of views however, I was able to ask some questions. To my surprise, if you are direct with Mr. Potts with a clear understanding, you may yield greater results. It's all about communication and understanding. Brilliant legal mind. Knowledgeable staff. Relaxed professionalism in the office so the client does not feel intimidated. The biggest issue between ANY attorney and his client is the client's failure to be forthright and honest. You must remember the attorney is there for YOU. No attorney can be effective if you fail to provide details or tell the full story. I have retained Mr. Potts for a divorce and would immediately again for any legal matter.

We love that they were in our corner during a difficult time in our life. The office atmosphere was professional but not uptight or stuffy. Mrs. Potts, especially, was very helpful and easy to talk to. The staff always responded promptly and answered all of our questions. No one had a "holier than thou" attitude. We would definitely use them again.

Horrible experience. I wish I could give a zero rating. Very unprofessional and impersonable. He could care less about about his customers, and takes no time to get to know them. I looked into his services due to a family crisis and my consultation with him lasted 11 minutes as he rushed to be done so he could get to the next person. Most other attourneys consultations last between 30-60 mins. As I was waiting in the lobby I could hear him making negative comments about his customers and using curse words while doing so. I am taking my business elsewhere!
