This is a money hungry individual. He tried to charge me 60k for 3 bs cases in circuit with no evidence of anything. Just me talking some trash. I got it handled for $6,500. These people knew I use to really have money and that I had a settlement for a wreck. They pick and choose especially when it comes to Gibson county. I wouldn’t recommend this fool to anybody. Just a greedy individual

Mr Byrd did a fantastic job for my husband and I..We had bogus charges put on us and he got it all took care of in the most professional display in a courtroom that I've ever witnessed and I've witnessed alot..He knew every law, every statue. It was also very obvious the judge and the entire courtroom respected him tremendously. I would never use anyone else. He,s not like the others. He will fight for you all the way

Think our closing which lasted from February until July could have been easier with better communication. Don’t think I’m have ever been involved in a closing where receptionist became involved in closing Never felt as unwelcome as I did at this office. Attorneys were great once I was able to get to them.

Horrible people!!! They won’t even attempt to help you! This is the email I received from Joe Byrd after asking what we could do after being coerced by a judge to change our pleas to guilty because the judge refused to appoint us an attorney and we cannot afford one. “I guess you should have hired an attorney. File a motion and hope for the best. Good luck.”

Mr joe Byrd took a case for me. I called every few weeks to just check up on my case..after about 9 mtgs i called and told his Secretary i needed to know what was going on with my case. She said hold on he is in his office and ill tell him u are on the phone. She came back and "Mr Byrd said he just doesn't have time to handle your case" this man held my case for almost a year and then just QUIT!!!!!
