We have had several real estate transactions within the past 18 months. We used Buxton & Collie, LLC for each of these. Brian and Nina are both GREAT to work with! Their communication is excellent and they are always on top of things. When we arrive we are always greeted with friendly smiles and everything is conducted in a professional manner. I would like to share my experience with the attorney's office. Unfortunately, I had a challenging interaction when I called to inquire about their services. The front desk receptionist was not very accommodating during our conversation. I found it difficult to ask my questions, as she seemed unwilling to assist me and did not provide the help I needed to connect with an attorney. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, it felt as though my inquiries were not being acknowledged, and I felt cut off during the call. While I understand that everyone has off days, this unhelpful interaction left me with a negative impression. I believe that the attorneys may have valuable expertise, but improving the front desk communication would greatly enhance the overall experience for potential client
