We started working with Butler & College during the purchasing process with our builder. We did not know them. For convenience sake, why not work with them? At the closing, they were informative, kind, professional, and fun. The whole process was smooth and informative of our next steps. We know we can always return to ask any questions to get the information we need. Merci for all you do, and did, for us.

By far the worst closing experience. I had to chase them for answers, had almost no communication from them. Two days prior my closing I had to call and request details for the Docusign closing. On the day of the closing, waited till after lunch time to see if I will get anything from them. Called them and spoke with a nice lady that apologized for the situation, but all she can do is to let them know. I explained my situation to the same lady and miraculously 10min I received the Docusign. Again, no time given, no heads up given that it was sent. I was told, I have to keep checking my email till I get it…. Signed the Docusign and waited an hour to see if I will get anything info on when can the keys be picked up. No one called or communicated with me by 2pm. Called again and was told to g

The team was absolutely amazing. Brooke and Mike both made us feel like family for the moment we walked in the door. They kept us informed and stood on our behalf when things started to go a little left during the closing process. The Team is Awesome. Professional, courteous, efficient and fun! While reviewing reams of documents is important the Attorney took time to answer any questions we had. He also kept it real and relatable on a personal level. I would highly recommend Attorney Mike Gerard and Team.
