I just bought my first house and the sellers wanted to use this title company. They were very easy to work with. Miss Kelly was our title agent at closing and she was great. Very knowledgeable and breezes right through the paperwork. Nice clean office. Felt welcome. Enjoyed the cookie gift! Would recommend this agency for closing.

I would not work with this title company again in the future. As the buyer, I did not get to choose the title company, and I am shocked to see they have as many good reviews as they do. I was working with Ashley, Pam, and Debbie. Communication was EXTREMELY poor, docs were not sent in a timely matter, I was never even notified of the closing being finalized, and so much more. Fortunately, I have been through many closings in the past, so I was aware of all that needed to be gathered for closing and all the docs I needed to get the sale to go through, but I felt like I was facilitating my own closing with them from beginning to end. I am glad I had the knowledge I did, otherwise, I am not sure we would've gotten this over the finish line in a timely matter. Highly disappointed. Possibly som

Incredible customer service. Honestly amazed when I walked in and was greeted by their receptionist, given a cold water and then they have individually boxed cookies that they bake every day. I was blown away so just wanted to take a minute to share my experience. Oh and the title service was great. They got me in at late notice and I was in and out in 10 minutes 👌

Great team! Great hospitality! Welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door and offered drinks. Signing went smoothly. Ryan explained everything clearly and professionally. Highly recommend BH&K.

This was the best experience I could’ve asked for as a first time home buyer! I really appreciate the way this firm was always so kind and never got tired of answering all my questions. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future use if needed.
