Ron was retained in December 2018 for to and prepare for a custody trial. Which Ron said would happen in a few months. He said he would be ready five different times. Before the first hearing on evidence and visitation, Ron had gone through my entire retainer and amounted a bill of ten thousand dollar. That was more the amount he promised me he would need to prepare for the trial. He claimed he needed that much to get familiar with the case. His billing continued to escalate out of control. I tried to ask questions about his fees, only to have him become vicious and ignorant.
