Mr. Reed , very unprofessional. As soon as I asked a legitimate question during a phone conference that he could not or choose not to answer he hung the phone up on me. I was asked by my senior citizen mother to be apart of the meeting via telephone because she doesn't understand most of what people are telling her in legal terms.He was more concerned with telling her what was not going to happen than what could. Arrogant and rude.

The receptionist was very rude I was inquiring about a job opening and she just cut me off and hung up the phone.
