Response to Owner: • I messaged on Dec 14, Dec 20, and Dec 28 about the court notice and received no reply until Dec 29. • The Dec 29 message was when I was told I would have to appear in person on Jan 4 leaving 4 business days over a holiday week to rearrange travel. • I requested more information and a possible refund. You immediately marked the case as “resolved,” and after that, there was no further response to my initial questions or follow-up questions. • From my records, the only thing done on my case was you filing an entry of appearance. • I never threatened bad reviews or made any other threats, this is the first response I've received from you. I asked what had actually been done on the case and requested a refund based on communication delays and a demand for an additional $30

Bridgett Bray accepts money for representation yet manages to provide no legal recommendations, opinion, or representation. It took me contacting the Georgia Client Assistance Program to finally get in contact with her after 3 months of texts, calls and emails. She gave me less then 1 business day notice that she had moved my arraingment date of which the court had no knowledge of, requiring me to go to my arraingment without representation. I also had to turn down a plea deal or she would retain the attorney fees via OffTheRecord. She is a pitiful representation of an attorney… and doesn’t even meet the basic Georgia Standards of Professional Conduct. If you are or have been in this situation with Bridgett Bray, you should consider filing a grievance report to The Georgia Bar Association

Bridgett provided excellent legal assistance for my traffic ticket case. Her communication was outstanding, responding promptly via email, even during weekends and after hours when necessary. She successfully got my ticket dismissed without any points on my record or insurance increases, which was absolutely worth the investment. Her effectiveness in handling out-of-state cases was impressive, as I was traveling through GA from Colorado at the time of the incident. I highly recommend Bridgett for her professionalism and results-oriented approach. I would definitely use her services again if needed.

Awful experience with this attorney and would not recommend her to anyone under any circumstance! No communication skills whatsoever. She told me I had to appear in front of the Judge for my ticket. I drove from Ky. To GA. a day before my hearing over 300 miles to get there. The night before my court hearing she told me to pay the fine. I went through a lot just to get down there, took time off work, ect… and she tells me to pay the fine. Over the 8 month period she never talked to me at all about the case. I would send her messages and it would take her months to respond. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t be surprised if she’s in business much longer if she deals with all her customers this way. I’m sick about all this… I would have saved a lot of money just paying the fine when I got the

My experience with this lawyer was great. I felt that she communicate well and informed me of any changes made to my case. I didn’t even have to go to court. My ticket was reduced to not being on my record and no points on top of not notifying my insurance. I’m am very thankful to her. I would recommend her to my family.
