Completely unprofessional, little to no communication over nearly a year, one word email responses. When confronted with the lack of communication stating "It looks like from reviews that others have felt the same way" Bratcher decided to call me rude and cancel our contract rather than just making things right. I would give zero stars if I could.
We were referred to Bratcher and Gockel, specifically Lynne Bratcher. Not impressed No call back, no help
