It has almost been a year and my case manager is still asking me for the information. They want you to do the work that they should be doing. This is the most unprofessional firm . The call taker Kai and his Supervisor John they hang up on you. They belittle you. It’s ridiculous. They don’t do what they promise they’re asking me to file my own claim. after a year, you would think a professional law firm would at least know the location of the accident.
