Christopher Botta advertises as an Elder Care lawyer, yet in his capacity as Municipal Court Judge in Allendale, he failed to recognize patient abuse by an Assisted Living Facility Director guilty of the criminal offense of "Patient Dumping." Mr. Botta dismissed the case and refused a request of a restraining order against the Director, resulting in a second attempt of dumping by the same facility.
