I am the Father currently in a shared parenting plan that began in 2022. The agreement instructs my baby girl to live 2 weeks per month with her Mother and 2 weeks per month with Me. I was grateful for the free advice, however, a big reason I did not end up going with Hank was due to unprofessionalism. He is lackadaisical in his conversation. He might as well have given the case to my ex. His retainer is high for how unprofessional he is. May be different in court but he doesn’t sell himself well. Very unimpressed by the experience and was my main reason for not going with this firm.
