I can’t recommend Charles Bluestone enough. He’s extremely thorough, strategic, and gives clear, practical advice. Even years later after we engaged him, he proactively flagged that the buyers weren’t paying their property taxes... something that could have jeopardized our first position lien and cost us a significant amount of money. Charles was fantastic during the consultation. I reached out the Bluestone from their mailer ad, which was very nicely put together I have to say. I wanted to see if it was worthwhile to pursue negotiating a lower tax value for my mixed use commercial property. After quickly running through some basic figures, Charles advised me that it would not be in my best interest to pursue it. Although he could have easily told me otherwise and billed me for hours researching, he DID NOT do that!
