I was referred to the firm by a friend and completed an initial consultation, during which I was advised to follow up with any questions should I decide to move forward. Within a few days, I confirmed my decision to engage the firm and emailed the attorney with follow-up questions, but received no response. I resent the message and was later informed that the attorney was attending a conference and would respond the following week. No response followed. Trusting that the team was actively working on my estate-planning matters, I followed up again within the stated five-week timeframe and again received no response. We had our closing scheduled and as soon as we arrived, we felt welcome. Everyone was so friendly. Offered us some refreshments as well. Once inside the boardroom, everything went so smooth. Everything was well explained prior to signing any document. All went very very well.
