This attorney is a scammer. I paid him $2,200 upfront for my case in Cherokee court and he withdrew from the case and refused to give me a refund. I've never really had good experiences with attorneys so I thought he understood when I told him I'd pay the rest of the $3,500 retainer a little further in the case just to make sure he was gonna do his job. Well he didn't. So before you hire this poor excuse of a attorney think about what your doing. I have a little girl and wife that rely on me and I couldn't afford to give away that $2,200. That's ok, hopefully the bar will take care of it.
