They helped me with my bankruptcy case and have been very easy to work with. I have not had any issues with communication and even after discharge, if I have questions they are prompt about answering them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to file bankruptcy.

If you need a refund for unused services they force you to have meeting with the lawyer so they can BILL YOU for hundreds a hour, why have the crabby old secretary if she isn't able to take care of simple billing? Also it is a 100+ mile round trip to be here and was told to come back tomorrow.... the parking lot was empty and he didnt want to bother seeing me to get my bill taken care of. I told them to keep my money, by the look of the run down property they need the money more than I do.

Stay away!!! This guy is a crook , he has been representing my family for 3 years, we have paid several thousand dollars and still case is not settled There has been a judgement against the person we filed against. But Terry has no interest in help receive our money from the settlement. He has refused to Return calls, emails, we have ask to close the case and it is still open and we are still being billed. I have gone to the Oklahoma Bar and the judge handling the case. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS. He is a fraud and a theft.

For $1400 i would expect that you would at least keep in touch with your clients! Emails, phone calls and voicemail messages over 3 days and no response! Id hate to think you took the money and ran!?
