I have to be honest here, I am power of attorney for one of Ricky Berry‘s clients. I contacted Rick Berry over the course of several months and had another attorney contact him as well. I was not able to get anything accomplished in regards to the case that he was hired to do.He did not make any court appearances nor file motions on behalf of the client. My communication with Rick Berry has been less than professional. He has been very derogatory, unprofessional narcissistic and very rude. I contacted him in regards to receiving the retainer back for the total of $6,000 ;keep in mind as per the Texas Bar Association he’s required to return any unearned fees, and or provide an itemized list, of his “earned fees” seeing how there has not been any progress on the case he was retained for nor

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would.! Horrible experience.! Do NOT I repeat do NOT use them.! Never did my father get a call from this office to set up any visits to discuss the case.! They never gave us enough time to get any documents . They would send it through mail and expect to have it within 4 or 5 days.

Mr Berry was great , very down to earth and straight shooter. He is not one to mince words...
