The referral service was very helpful in connecting me with a knowledgeable and patient lawyer who was able to give me good advice. I went in person and promptly after completing my application, I was given the name and phone number of the lawyer. I am very satisfied.

The purpose of the Bar Association is to assist the public by providing legal referrals. At this particular location, that purpose is not being fulfilled due to the actions of one receptionist. Her conduct prevents the public from receiving referrals and obstructs the exchange of legal information between the public and the county. This behavior appears contrary to the mission of the Bar Association and warrants further review and investigation. Multiple reports have been made things must be done ASAP or the matter will be escalated to even higher up Just to call this place and ask for help and in return being told "shutup go google your issue"

The person who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. Basically told me your SOL. Glad we have these paid positions for people who clearly don’t want to work. Even if there isn’t an attorney that she could refer me to, she could have been a little more sympathetic and give a suggestion of maybe googling the request. AI will have your job someday, and you are the reason why!

I had attorney Ana minela Gonclaves she is beyond amazing she cares about helping people and families reunite and the importance of her role in enforcing and mediating is exemplary , she takes her time to review every detail and is patient and personal to each individual client. My experience with her was beyond fascinating I wasn’t expecting her to be this awesome , definitely one of a kind and heaven sent !

The Receptionist, doesn't let you explain what your matter is about, she is very rude, her boss, should fire her and hired somebody else who likes to deal with the public in a more professional and decent way, she is extremely rude not listening to people over the phone, and she is very good in hanging up the phone. Don't waste your time with these kind of people, please contact her boss and complain about her, so they can replace her. she is useless.
