Bridget Le Fefeber in consult with her husband Jeremy, represented us in what should have been an inexpensive, quickly resolved partition suit. Instead Lefeber refusing to file suit for a year, dragging out the stress and expense because it padded their fees. When we finally said no more, file, the other party finally was forced to act. LeFeber, in mediation showed her incompetence, and folded like a deck of cards, along with the weak mediator. It gets worse. LeFeber demanded we sign the settlement even though I told her no, it was poorly drafted in favor of the other side. She was very intimidated by the other side and their attorney. Where do I start? They further lies and perjure on the court in writing. It’s lawyers like this that made Montana courts famous for horrible reputation as being ‘The Kangaroo Court’ by other states and legal journals. They don’t care who they hurt, as long as their rent is paid.
