By far the rudest attorney I’ve ever encountered. My client had a closing scheduled with Mr. Parr and I called his office for clarification due to the complexity of the transaction on behalf of my client. I was told only he could answer my questions and that I’d receive a call back. No one ever followed up by phone or email. A few days later, I called again to help my client get answers. When the call was finally transferred to Mr. Parr, he immediately raised his voice, yelling I was ‘interrupting him from doing his job’—before I had even begun to ask a single question. I had a closing and found an error in the number, when I contacted them I was told I'd get a call back, after 2 days and no call back, I called again. I was screamed at and hung up on with no resolution to the error. I have closed with countless law firms but never been treated so unprofessional. I really hope that this is not the way problems are handled when people are trusting the biggest investment of their lives to be handled professionally and accurately. 🙄
