Pathetic follow up. I referred multiple clients to Samford & Denson mainly being local to Auburn. I had to email multiple times just to get a response (Carter Weeks). I even emailed his assistant! Then sent a pleading email to get in touch with my client but all he was worried about was what he would charge. Never called or reached out to my client after four weeks of trying to work with them. PATHETIC. I don't care how busy you are, everyone has 1 minute to respond and let them know they are just too busy to work with a new client. To this day, they have not reached out to my client. Any law firm that acts this way is NOT a good law firm. They need to brush up on their customer service to say the very least. Unfortunately for them, they will never get another referral from me.
