They wanted you to pay every penny but give you no update. Never called to follow up. Always want me to call and make an appointment to see them just so I can follow up on my parent case. I am a single mom with a child in school, I live 1h30 mins from their office and they definitely won't consider that. Let along I spent near $20k on my case but no invoice, no update unless you call them and try your best to understand and explain to the front desk what you're talking about. Very sad that I have to put this review here. I hope my case will be done soon so I don't have to deal with this! I hope you see my review and think again about your decision!

EB-1/2 NIW application Dec 2021 - OCT - 2024 R.I.P, after 18500 USD most of my savings, I started my application employed wanting to work in the US legally. Referred by an employer. had to go onto a payment plan very helpful they were as I lost my job so couldn't afford the whole upfront cost. That was all paid by Nov 2023 eventually. After staff turn over and apologies my case continued. Here we are almost 3 three years later with me asking either submit or refund, Im still not working, so accepted 3600 dollar refund recently and dreams in tatters, savings gone and 15000 out of pocket. I am sure looking at the reviews from years gone by they were good , but in my case the proof is in the pudding. So if I could do it all over again, I would have bought 15000 dollars worth of lotto ticket

The person answering the phone had very limited English and they wanted to charge me $400 for just a consultation! OUTRAGEOUS…..
