As soon as I hired Mr. Metcalf to represent me, I could tell that he was genuine and cared about helping me. He always reassured me that I was a priority along with his other clients. Everyone who works in his office is kind and helpful. Andy always made time to meet with me or return my phone calls/emails promptly if I had a concern regarding my case. I had met with other attorneys before hiring Andy, but as soon as I talked to him I knew he would have my best interest at heart, and I was absolutely right.
