Banks & Associates Law Firm

I scheduled an initial appointment with the law firm, but upon my first call, they had no record of it in their calendar. After rescheduling, I called at the agreed time for the second appointment, but was informed the attorney was unavailable. I subsequently sent an email regarding my case details but received no response. When I followed up, the receptionist was unable to confirm whether they had received my email. Given these communication issues, I lack confidence in the firm's ability to provide effective representation for my case.

The most unprofessional business of any type that we've ever dealt with. Total lack of communication and then you're ghosted. Signing on with this firm was one of the worst experiences we've ever been through. Please take your business elsewhere. If not, you will be very sorry.

Don't waste your time with this attorney. He couldn't be bothered to show up for the meeting we'd scheduled, and then his secretary kept sending my call to voicemail over and over when I tried to reschedule. I had my husband call from his phone and she picked up immediately. We scheduled another meeting, which he also no-showed. This attorney is a joke.

I came to Banks & Associates in 2019 to handle a minor case. I fully paid for representation. However, it has been 2 years since I hired Banks & Associates. Each time I call, the law firm is giving me excuses to explain why nothing has been done yet to rectify my case. Either the secretary or an associate attorney tells me that there is no information they can provide mainly because they have not done anything. I get excuses from Banks & Associates transferring my case to different attorneys without my permission. I also get told, "We will call you back" every time I have a valid question pertaining to what has been done on my case. And they have nothing to show for any work that has been done. My case is the same as it was 2 years ago. How is that possible? Overall, it has now been 2 yea

Lawyer canceled once on me and reschedule for a later date. He then was a no show to the second appointment and I had to call in to talk to the receptionist. She advices that she only had an appointment 2 weeks out and if this was an urgent matter that I should look for an alternative lawyer. Horrible experienced and wasted 2 weeks trying to get one appointment with the lawyer. Would NOT recommend as lawyer was extremely unprofessional.
