If I could give zero stars, I would. My aunt transferred her case to this firm hoping for better representation. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a serious mistake. The firm failed to properly prepare her case and showed a consistent lack of communication. My aunt constantly had to call just to get any attention, yet they were very quick to charge fees. Her daughter already had approved SIJ relief. However, the firm failed to properly close out her daughter’s case simply because they did not handle the SIJ portion themselves. As a result, both my aunt and her daughter now have removal orders. The Immigration Judge even stated my aunt was credible but claimed she lacked evidence—evidence that she had already provided. On January 9, 2026, I called to ask about records from a prior paid consultation (August 2024). I received conflicting answers about file existence, invented email addresses, long unnecessary holds, condescending remarks (“be proactive”), accusations that I was “rude” for asking questions, and finally an abrupt hang-up. This law office is incompetent. The lawyer at this establishment has done a terrible job, preparing my parent for their case . They do not follow through unless you constantly remind them. The lawyer has a terrible attitude and comes off as very rude. They are also too expensive for the subpar service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
