Ballard Law Office

I hired this firm for my husband case, and it was the worst mistake I could have made. I paid them but barely heard from anyone. Despite calling several times and leaving messages, l only received one call back. We were left with little to no information through out the process. The attorney was unprepared and did not seem to do the proper research for the case. I feel like I wasted my money honestly a public defender would have provided better representation . I am extremely disappointed in their service and would not recommend this attorney Whitehead to anyone.

Professional, relatable, hard working ; just a couple of words that describe Ballard Law firm. My husband got arrested in Georgia and being from Texas we had no clue where to turn. David Ballard and his associate Jin Whitehead are the best representations you can find in Fayette County. They were very thorough and straight. I came out better than what was discussed in consultation. I am very thankful for both attorneys and especially their Paralegal, Crystal. I paid for my buddy to have yall handle a case simple case for him he asked a a few questions and needed actual legal advice the person that handled it had him take a deal that further opened him up to a bigger lawsuit when he told them he didn’t want to go that route in the first place
