Avery Olson Law Office

Waste of money. Look for an attorney whos goal is to prove innocence. Not admit guilty to something you didn't do to get a plea with the D.A. You'd be better off with a public defender.

Mr. Olson took 103 Days to draft a divorce order that he was allotted 30-45 days to draft by the judge. He was supposed to have provided me a copy of the proposed order to review two weeks prior to the signing, the post mark on the envelope from his office is two days after the judge had signed it. It is filled with typos including calling his male client “her” and parties spelled as “paries”. These errors could have been caught had he properly done his job. He didn’t bother including things that had been ordered into the order and simply attached the ENTIRE transcript as exhibit B. He doesn’t return the call of his clients and despite having been provided my new address, he was still mailing things to the old. Upon review of the initial filing his client (hilariously for me) received NON
