We recently had to work with this law firm as part of our mortgage transaction. Unfortunately, our experience was very frustrating. From our perspective, communication was poor — our questions often went unanswered, and when responses did come, they were delayed or unhelpful. We also felt that interactions came across as dismissive rather than supportive, which added stress to an already complex process. Because of these issues, our overall impression was that the firm did not prioritize customer service or responsiveness. While they may handle other clients differently, our personal experience left us disappointed.

They were great at first after purchasing my home, and said they will help me get my wife into my lease just wait a year. Mr Shane said they will be waiting for my call. Which I did called after a year and they knew who I was and said to set an official appointment but by phone. Well I did set an appointment never called me, called so many times it with the same excuse he is not available or set another appointment. I shouldn’t set another appointment which I did like 5 times, sometimes it’s seems to go straight to voicemail and no one called back in response to my voicemail. It’s been 3 years I just gave up on waiting for them to call me back. Especially when they recommended to do that to not follow through themselves.

I had a some Legal problems and I used tyler j uber help many times and those guys are rock star every one of them my last problem was a road ticket I didn't think it was gonna be possible but omg i paid the fee and i got deal so i didnt have to go to trail those guys used the left over from the attorney fee and they paid my ticket for me and 2 weeks go by and i go to the city of jamestown to c if i had fine because i didnt get anything in the mail they said it was paid off so i asked him tyler did u pay my ticket he yes we got u all taken care of like the honesty and Integery and the extra miles those guys go for a client it's what anyone would want and swear if i can give them more stars if i would but the system won't let me
