I was not pleased with the representation of Richard Simmons in my recent court case. In the beginning he was very reassuring about the strength of my case. However, once we went to court he failed to adequately represent me and he failed to address pertinent issues that we reviewed repeatedly during court prep sessions. As a result, I lost my case and was very disappointed. I would NOT recommend Mr. Simmons for any court case.
