I have tried to contact the AGS office many times about the treatment I have received in this state. A deputy AG under Kathleen Jennings covered up false testimony made by the best friend of my ex wife that made me lose my career and my phone screenshots and email has been stripped away from me when a congressman responded to me saying to take my evidence and sue the pants off the state. I get harassed at work and my sons games and Milton PD and the DSP have both told me that Kathleen Jennings will not prosecute the people who harass and threaten me even when I have video and eyewitness evidence.

This is a corrupt government entity. From my personal experience they will withhold evidence that shows you are innocent despite it being Delaware and Federal law saying they haft to turn it over. One member of this office threatened to arrest and mess with the job of one of my witnesses if she didn’t do what they said. Another witness of mine was threatened to be arrested if she showed up to testify. They allowed the alleged victim to have a person in court to hear other people’s testimony so other witnesses won’t contradict. If you are telling the truth there is no need for that. When I asked to separate witnesses to hopefully stop them from sharing each other’s testimony the prosecutor put them all in the same room and kept the person in the court room who was feeding them others testi
