My mom died in January. I called twice in the last few months. They said they would return the call. I was told I am a beneficiary of my deceased mother's will & this is who she had filed with. They are very unprofessional not to return my call. I now will have to seek legal advice on this matter.

I would recommend Asher law office for your estate planning. I recently used a different lawyer to do my parents estate planning and I wish I had waited. Kim was very professional and thorough in explaining all the different requirements that we would need to consider to plan for our future. And I learned a lot of things that I had not learned from a previous lawyer that I used for my parents. Kim did not push us into purchasing any type of service at that initial visit. She will be putting together a proposal and prices for us and work with us from there. Never answered or returned phone calls. No response to emails after consultation -nor did Ms. Asher email the information she stated she would -waiting over a month. I now have to look elsewhere for assistance with my Mother-in-law. At least she could have had the courtesy to suggest someone else if she was too busy. How unprofessional.
