Jim is an excellent communicator, an experienced professional who made me feel that he was taking care of every detail while working to ensure that I would receive the largest possible settlement. I hadn't any experience with this kind of incident beforehand so this was all new and somewhat strange, but Jim took time and care with all the many questions that my spouse and I had throughout the process.
