Worst type of people here of no help when you call.

I have had to visit this place more then I want to admit. I can certainly understand all the negativity with the office staff. They can be bit "unpleasant" and sour. Whenever I've gone in and request some sort of receipt they're ok. BUT if I try to ask anything else that's when the ugly daggers come out!...Yes I understand I'm in your office because I have delinquent taxes! Do you think I want to be there if I didn't have to? My taxes are delinquent for a reason!...I HAD A HARDSHIP!..I should be the ugly sour face dagger holder. On a side note Every single time I have run into Mr. Jones, he is a very pleasant, friendly respectful man. ALWAYS!

Well noone wants to b here but i forgot to pay an excise tax! In middle of packing house up for moving. Was misplaced. So i found myself having to pay quite a bit more than original bill was for for their made up fees! I pd which was easy to do online. The pblm was i was waiting to renew my license & they needed to remove ticket from registry! Which was suppose to have been done w/i 2days after paying. The registry online kept telling me i had excise to pay. Gave me receipt #..go back to this site. Put in #. No info. I called, no answ. Left messg..took a while to reach them. So now my license was expired! Couldnt pick up my clients medications as the drug store couldnt take my expired license, even though ive been going there for yrs! Nor would the bank cash my cks!! Refuses to accept modern technology. Feels they are 'serving the community' by such inconvenience. It's 2017; there is absolutely no reason why I cannot pay this online other than to be petty. $15 Demand Fee $12 Notice Fee Sounds like a lot of markup and banking hours to support the business that should have been replaced by computers in 2006.

Bloodsucking parasites. Their entire business model is at best charging people for mistakes and address errors and more generally levying punitive fees against the poor. I was charged multiple fees for a tax that they attempted to collect at a prior address months after I had moved and updated my registration with the RMV. No municipality should partner with people like this. Art Jones is a criminal for the wealth he extracts from people trying to pay already useless and punitive civil fees.
