I had the privilege of working with the Kainen Law Group, specifically Dara Marias, in getting an amicable divorce in Nevada. Originally, my partner and I discussed mediation, but after hearing her speak about amicable divorce, it became clear that was the right choice for us. I am so grateful that she informed us of the option, and even though my partner and I were in fact amicable, I truly believe that it made the separation process much less contentious.
