American Arbitration Association

In my opinion a very biased organization towards the consumers. Of course they lean in favor of the companies making consumers go to arbitration and further dictating they use AAA to perform those services. Even though they are the administrator, they don't earn their money. Literally just have a centralized documents file, which you could create on Google and then hire a 3rd party arbitrator that both parties agree to. The parties could do that themselves. I fortunately won my case, even with the extreme bias of AAA, extending deadlines for only one side. Not keeping all documents uploaded to the webfile on the case, and then publishing an award that is so poorly written, not even AAA can identify the total amount of the award. So what value does AAA bring to the the table, very little

Unfortunately AAA gets paid by the major corporations forcing you into arbitration after they recklessly harm you, therefore they will do whatever it takes to keep their corporate clients happy, and regardless of the validity of your complaint, they will turn a blind eye to the misconduct of arbitrators and rotating counsel for the corporations.

This so called "not for profit" association is all about hurting (financially) persons who have raised complaints against major corporations. The entire process is extremely flawed and they violate their own rules constantly. If you provide them with evidence of improper behavior, they ignore it and instead help the corporations that the complaint is against.

They are just money hog and total scam. I paid them two times for same arbitration case and nothing got done and then again they were sending me more invoices, it was like trying to get as much more the client as they can without getting anything done at all.
