I was fortunate enough to have a paid consulation with Amaral Law and I have to say the strategy, insight, and care that I was given has literally changed the game for my particular case. Attorney Tamran is simply amazing. She has such a great understanding of how family law works that she was able to figure out a strategy within 15 minutes of us sitting down that other attorneys had simply missed. I truly felt heard, and that she was on my side. Because of her expertise I won't need to end up hiring her but if I were to need a Family Law Attorney in Stockton, CA she would be my "Designated Hitter". From 2022-2024, my 3-year-old son was the subject of over 40 unsubstantiated CPS reports, forensic interviews, invasive medical exams, and multiple SPD interrogations initiated directly/indirectly by his mother in a malicious attempt to influence our custody trial. In 2024, family court Judge Fatarsi ordered that my 5 year old son retain Amaral for "minor's council." Within two months, Amaral dragged "her client" (my barely 6-year-old son) into the courtroom and Judge Fatarsi forced him to choose which parent he wanted to go home with. I objected under the grounds that a 6-year-old child lacks sufficient age and maturity to express intelligent opinions on parental custody/visitation and is against a child's best interest. I maintain that Amaral alienated, groomed, and manipulated my child

If you are looking for a responsive legal representative, this is not the place for you. Although I believe Tamran is knowledgable and personable, she was never available, failed to respond to phone calls and emails, and her staff is quite rude. If your case is not urgent, expect long delays. I cannot recommend this firm. UPDATED: It is interesting that hiring a firm for 3+ months would generate the response from the owner as it has. In the 3+ months of having been "hired" I did not receive any responses to my numerous inquiries from her. When it gets to the point where all you have left to try is to show up unannounced, that clearly speaks volumns.
