Very disappointed in the mishandling of a routine matter. After receiving several billing statements without any forward motion whatsoever, I moved my case to another attorney who settled the matter with a couple of phone calls, and it was done within 30 days. She charged a mere fraction of what I paid this firm, and she did it without the long winded discussions of how complicated this matter was. Turns out it wasn’t that complicated after all.

From start to finish, this firm was stellar. Highly professional, great communication, very responsive, and a very easy-to-use Legal Portal. We worked directly with Ariana McQuarrie, who was knowledgeable, experienced, and offered effective legal advice and strategies. We had a very technical and complicated land-use case involving multiple entities, and thanks to her guidance, we prevailed in the end with as little pain as possible. I can't recommend Ariana enough to anyone who needs a brilliant and assertive attorney, and of course, needs to win.

I feel raped. One would think that having a lawyer on your side would give you a sense of security. Hopefully you can rely on their expertise. I have never won a case with any lawyer in my life. I will never trust a lawyer again after hiring Alfano Law. Paid $7000 basically for a title check . No trial time , only research filing and a few discussions and billing.Accordiing to NH Law my use of a paved driveway and ROW was perfectly legal. Yet a developer came along and stole my back driveway. Then had a fence installed so I couldn’t use the ROW . Lawyer got rich , developer got rich and my rights and money gone with nothing to show for it. Hope they don’t send a bill for this review. I personally hope the Bar Association looks into the practices of this company

Extremely disappointed. I was appointed John to work on my case. Weeks/months would go by with no communication, leaving me to send follow up emails to check the status of my case. Resulting in charges to my account. On countless interactions I was left to repeat myself and all details of my case. This resulted in additional charges and prolonged progress. As a hired attorney, I would assume it to be their reasonability to stay proactive and keep detailed notes of the projected case. In this situation, I was dealt the opposite service. I even voiced my concerns to the owner, Mr. Alfano. I was told things would be corrected but unfortunately, were not. In all, about 2 years of absolutely nothing.
