While I’m sure the attorneys here are helpful once you're working with them, the intake process left me feeling dehumanized and dismissed. The initial call felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The intake person typed while I spoke, rarely responded, and I was told I’d hear back in a few days. Four days later, I received a generic email saying they couldn’t help—with no context, no explanation, and no personal touch. I called to follow up, hoping for clarity.
